Deposit of $100 required upon submitting application. Balance of course fee ($1,100) is due by December 9th. After completing online registration with a deposit, the balance will be automatically charged to the card used to pay the deposit on December 9th (unless you contact us to pay the balance in full prior to that date). You may also choose to pay down the balance in increments between now and December 9th by contacting us. If you wish to use a different payment method to complete course payment than was used to pay the deposit, please contact Henry Whitehead at [email protected] or 507-467-2437. Choose "full course payment" to pay the course fee ($1,200) in full upon submission of this form. If we are not able to accept your application for this course your deposit or course fee will be refunded.

If you wish to receive college credits for this course, indicate so in the dropdown above. After you have been accepted, credit registration and payment information will be given to you, to be completed no later than December 9th, 2021. Credit cost is $780.00 for 4 credits. Credits are transferable to your college or university.

After submitting your application and deposit, you will receive a receipt for your payment, as well as a confirmation email that we've received your application. Within two weeks you will be notified of your acceptance into the course and given further information on how to complete course payment, information on registering for credits, and other course details and information.
